Hylite Tracks uses the details you provide to deliver downloads, respond to support requests, and manage purchases.
Free practice pack
When you request the starter pack, we collect your email address and whether you choose optional practice emails. Requesting the pack does not require signing up for those optional updates.
Orders and payments
Order details are used to process your purchase, send receipts and provide your downloads. Card details are handled by the payment service shown at checkout, rather than stored in this website’s signup form.
Support
Our support form sends the name, email address, message and optional order number you provide to the site’s support inbox.
Site operation
The site is hosted by Hostinger and uses WordPress and WooCommerce. Essential cookies may be used for your cart, checkout and login. Audio previews play when you choose them. We do not add advertising trackers to these pages.
Your choices
You may ask about your stored details or request removal of your free-pack signup by using the support form. Purchase records may need to be retained for order administration.
